Two roots, one stem
In 2024, Mullein Bank and the neighbouring Yarrow Bank came together. Both began as small, community-owned banks serving regions the big institutions overlooked, and both were named for hardy native plants that thrive where others struggle.
The merger brought Yarrow's deep community relationships together with Mullein's scale and modern infrastructure. Integration is ongoing: we are steadily uniting two networks, two data centres, and two proud histories into a single, stronger bank, without losing the local character that made each one trusted.
Our name keeps that promise in view. Yarrow and mullein are plants known for resilience and for healing. So are we.
